Herloreen Warranty Policy

Introduction

Herloreen is committed to providing transparent and hassle-free warranty services. This policy applies to products purchased directly through the Herloreen Official Website or Herloreen-authorized online stores (e.g., Herloreen-branded pages on Amazon). To submit a warranty claim:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility:

  • Products must be undamaged, include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Full refunds are available for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
  • Special/Limited Edition items are non-refundable unless defective.

Process:

  • Refunds begin once the returned item is inspected at Herloreen’s warehouse.
  • Non-quality-related returns: Buyer covers shipping costs; only the product price is refunded.
  • Claims missing packaging or submitted after 30 days will be denied.

Deadline:

Refund requests must be finalized within 30 days of claim submission.

18-Month Quality Warranty

Coverage:

  • Products sold directly by Herloreen are covered for 18 months from the purchase date.
  • Items purchased through authorized resellers follow the reseller’s warranty terms.

Repairs/Replacements:

  • Defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value (or new if unavailable).
  • Replacement warranties extend to the remaining original period or 3 months, whichever is longer.

Requirements:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or dated receipt).
  • Submit product serial numbers, defect evidence (photos/videos), and return items for inspection if requested.

Deadline:

Quality-related claims must be submitted within 90 days of identifying the defect.

Shipping Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in these cases:

  • Non-defective returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, accidental damage).
  • Shipping items outside the original country of purchase.
  • Unauthorized return processes or international returns.
  • Items deemed functional after inspection.

Exceptions: Herloreen assumes transit risk for prepaid label returns. Buyers bear risks for non-defective returns.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Items without valid proof of purchase.
  • Damage from misuse (e.g., drops, water exposure, extreme temperatures).
  • Non-quality issues after 30 days or fully refunded orders.
  • Unauthorized repairs by third parties, free products, or data loss.

Disclaimer

Herloreen is not liable for:

  • Data loss resulting from product use.
  • Transit damage/loss for non-defective returns.
  • Personal items mistakenly returned.
